SUNDAY ICELAND

One of the 2w Iceland Gulls put in an appearance today, flying over the mound and the lakes. I think it's the first one due to the contrast between the primaries and secondaries. It also appears larger than the second bird we had.

Above is the 2w Iceland Gull at Holmethorpe yesterday (pic by Graham 'H Bomber' James). It looks a lot like our second 2w Iceland Gull which turned up at Beddington the day before (below). Holmethorpe has had an Iceland Gull seen at Beddington before and Ninja regularly pics up white-wingers, seen at Beddington, at the Gull roost on the Walton Res's.
